Proficient in using SAP, financial software and advanced Excel skills
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and precision
Familiarity with ERP systems is advantageous
Experience
5+ years experience in cost accounting or financial analysis
Proven experience in cost control, budgeting, and financial analysis within a manufacturing environment.
Aerospace, Defense and Oil & Gas experience is desirable
Hands-on experience with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems
