Responsibilities
You will lead our financial operations across a mega scale data center project. To supervise and oversee the Finance function across the project in Saudi Arabia, in activities including financial planning & budgeting, management reporting, controllership, statutory reporting, and projects performance management to ensure alignment with strategic objectives and provide timely financial support to the business, while ensuring there are no breaches to contractual obligations.
- Develop and execute financial strategies to support the project profitability, and operational efficiency.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to the CFO and executive leadership team.
- Support M&A, JV structuring, and capital raise initiatives when required.
- Lead annual budgeting and long-term forecasting processes.
- Oversee financial modeling for new data center developments, expansions, and client onboarding.
- Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements, management reports, and board presentations.
- Develop the financial objectives for the projects in the assigned country, in coordination with other management team members, in order to ensure alignment with the strategic objectives and targets of the country.
- Review and monitor the revenues of the project in the country, within the constraints of the agreements, in order to ensure necessary action is taken in case of differences
Experience & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA, ACCA, or MBA is preferred.
- 15 years experience in finance within a multinational business, with 10+ years of financial leadership experience within GCC, ideally KSA, UAE, Qatar
- Experience in data centers, telecommunications, real estate, or infrastructure sectors is highly desirable
- Proven track record in financial planning, analysis, reporting, and business partnering.
- Strong understanding of capital projects, financial structuring, and investor reporting.
- Knowledge of IFRS and/or US GAAP and local regulatory frameworks.
