About the role
We are seeking an executive‑level Finance Director to lead the global financial, procurement, and governance agenda across the MMI & ELR Group. Reporting directly to the CEO, this role is pivotal in shaping long‑term value creation, driving financial transformation, and enabling sustainable growth across multi‑market, multi‑currency, and omnichannel operations.
You will bring strategic vision, commercial depth, and operational excellence to a business with ambitious global growth plans.
