FINANCE DIRECTOR – UAE
UAE Business (Primary) + Multi-Plant Exposure
We are hiring a Finance Director for UAE operations
This is a high-impact, hands-on leadership role focused on:
- Driving costing excellence
- Owning multi-plant financial performance
- Building scalable finance systems (SAP-led)
- Partnering with business to drive profitability and growth
WHAT THIS ROLE WILL OWN
Costing & Plant Finance (Core Non-Negotiable)
- Lead end-to-end product costing & margin management
- Drive variance analysis (material, labor, machine, scrap)
- Build real-time costing models linked to operations
- Partner closely with plant teams to improve efficiency & profitability
Multi-Plant Financial Control
- Oversee finance across multiple manufacturing sites
- Standardize reporting, controls, and performance metrics
- Drive plant-level P&L accountability
- Act as a true business partner to operations
SAP & Systems Leadership
- Lead SAP implementation / optimization
- Integrate finance with shopfloor and supply chain data
- Build dashboards for real-time decision making
- Drive digitization of finance processes
Performance& Planning
- Own budgeting, forecasting, and monthly reviews
- Drive KPI culture across functions
- Support strategic decisions (capex, expansion, investments)
Leadership & Culture
- Build a high-performance finance team
- Instill culture of ownership, speed, and accuracy
- Act as a future finance leader for the group
CANDIDATE NON-NEGOTIABLES
- Strong experience in manufacturing finance(must-have)
- Deep expertise in costing and plant finance
- Proven experience handling multi-site operations
- Hands-on experience with SAP (implementation + usage)
- High-performance, execution-driven mindset
- Willing to be hands-on, detail-oriented, and operational
