We're Hiring: Finance Director | High-Growth Technology Company | KSA
We are looking for an exceptional Finance Director to join our leadership team and help build and scale the finance organization for the next stage of growth.
This is a high-impact role for a finance leader who combines deep finance operations expertise with strategic finance, M&A, and IPO experience, along with strong knowledge of the Saudi market.
Key Requirement
This role is based in Saudi Arabia and candidates must:
- Be currently based in KSA
- Be a fluent Arabic speaker
- Have strong, hands-on Saudi market experience
- Understand the local regulatory, commercial, and business environment
- Have experience working with Saudi stakeholders, investors, institutions, and/or high-growth businesses in the Kingdom
What You'll Own
- Lead and scale the company's finance operations, including reporting, accounting, treasury, controls, tax, and financial governance.
- Build scalable finance processes, systems, and controls to support rapid growth and expansion.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, FP&A, financial modelling, and management reporting.
- Partner closely with the CEO, leadership team, and Board on financial strategy and decision-making.
- Drive IPO readiness, including institutional-quality reporting, controls, governance, audit, and capital markets preparation.
- Support M&A and corporate development, including financial due diligence, valuation, transaction execution, and post-acquisition integration.
- Lead relationships with auditors, investors, investment banks, advisors, and financial institutions.
- Build and develop a high-performing finance team and establish a culture of analytical rigor and operational excellence.
- Drive finance transformation through automation, data, and technology.
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone with 12–18+ years of progressive finance experience, ideally within technology, SaaS, fintech, software, marketplaces, or another high-growth environment.
You should have:
- Deep, hands-on finance operations and controllership experience
- Proven experience scaling finance functions in high-growth businesses
- Strong FP&A and financial modelling capabilities
- Meaningful IPO / IPO-readiness experience
- Significant M&A and transaction experience
- Strong Saudi Arabia / KSA market experience
- Experience working closely with CEOs, Boards, investors, auditors, and external advisors
- Strong understanding of technology business models, KPIs, unit economics, and capital allocation
- Exceptional communication skills and executive presence
- Fluency in Arabic and English
Education
We are particularly interested in candidates with strong academic credentials, ideally from a leading university in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Mathematics, Engineering, or another quantitative discipline.
MBA, CFA, ACA, ACCA, CPA, or equivalent qualifications are highly valued.
