Finance Director

Mark Williams are currently recruiting for a Finance Director (UAEN) for a market leading Semi-Government company based in Dubai. The Finance Director will be key member of the team and will drive the business forward.

The Role

• Ensure strong financial governance, internal controls, and risk management frameworks.

• Oversee compliance with accounting standards, regulations, and audit requirements.

• Develop and maintain financial policies, procedures, and asset protection measures.

• Lead all finance operations, including accounting, treasury, payroll, budgeting, and fixed assets.

• Manage cash flow, liquidity, and working capital to support operational and strategic priorities.

• Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and scenario analysis.

• Drive financial innovation, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Evaluate new programs, ventures, and capital projects through robust business case analysis.

• Develop financial models, KPIs, and performance metrics to support institutional objectives.

• Present financial insights and recommendations to senior management and the Board.

• Managing a small team

Candidate Requirements

• Qualified (ACCA,CIMA,ACA) or equivalent

• Worked in a similar capacity

• UAEN (Preferred)

• Excellent communication skills

• Drive change and innovation
