Role Description
The Finance Director – FP&A will lead financial planning and analysis, providing strategic insights to support decision-making and drive business performance. This role partners closely with senior leadership to shape the company's growth trajectory and ensure financial discipline.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes
- Building and maintaining financial models to support strategic initiatives
- Delivering insightful analysis on business performance, KPIs, and trends
- Partnering with General Managers, commercial, product and technology and teams to drive performance
- Supporting fundraising in Series C and beyond, investor reporting, and board presentations
- Developing scalable FP&A processes, tools, and reporting frameworks
- Identifying risks and opportunities and advising on mitigating actions
- Driving a data-driven culture across the organisation

Desired Experience
- Significant experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or strategy roles
- Background in high-growth, start-up, scale-up, or dynamic environments preferred
- Proven experience supporting executive teams and board-level discussions
- Strong financial modelling and data analysis expertise
- Experience with fundraising, investor relations, or M&A is advantageous
- Familiarity with BI tools and advanced Excel/financial systems
- Previous experience leading and developing teams
