Role Description

The Finance Director – FP&A will lead financial planning and analysis, providing strategic insights to support decision-making and drive business performance. This role partners closely with senior leadership to shape the company's growth trajectory and ensure financial discipline.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes
• Building and maintaining financial models to support strategic initiatives
• Delivering insightful analysis on business performance, KPIs, and trends
• Partnering with General Managers, commercial, product and technology and teams to drive performance
• Supporting fundraising in Series C and beyond, investor reporting, and board presentations
• Developing scalable FP&A processes, tools, and reporting frameworks
• Identifying risks and opportunities and advising on mitigating actions
• Driving a data-driven culture across the organisation

Desired Experience

• Significant experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or strategy roles
• Background in high-growth, start-up, scale-up, or dynamic environments preferred
• Proven experience supporting executive teams and board-level discussions
• Strong financial modelling and data analysis expertise
• Experience with fundraising, investor relations, or M&A is advantageous
• Familiarity with BI tools and advanced Excel/financial systems
• Previous experience leading and developing teams
