Purpose:
To lead financial strategies for our property and facilities management operations while driving profitability in retail leasing. This role will oversee financial planning and asset management across our residential, commercial, and retail properties, ensuring operational efficiency and long-term value creation.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement financial strategies for property and facilities management, optimizing cost control and operational efficiency.
Oversee financial planning for retail leasing, ensuring competitive pricing strategies and revenue maximization.
Assess and integrate technology-driven solutions to improve facility operations, tenant experience, and lease management.
Manage cash flow forecasting and financial models to support real estate investment decisions.
Partner with property management teams to enhance tenant retention, service quality, and facility upkeep.
Lead budgeting and forecasting processes for asset maintenance, capital expenditures, and leasing activities.
Monitor asset valuations and provide strategic guidance on leasing terms, acquisitions, and property lifecycle decisions.
Requirements:
Proven financial leadership experience in property management, facilities management, or retail leasing.
Expertise in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting for real estate operations.
Strong understanding of lease structures, tenant negotiations, and property investment strategies.
Ability to leverage technology and data analytics for operational improvements.
