The Position
The
Finance Enterprise Partner (FEP) Internship offers you a unique entry point into the heart of our commercial organization, where you will build foundational experience as a strategic business partner. In this role, you won't just analyze numbers; you will learn to leverage business insights alongside financial expertise to drive initiatives critical to our commercial strategy.
As an intern, you will have the opportunity to:

Key Responsibilities
- Partner with the business and support touchpoints alongside the customer journey with an enterprise mindset
- Balance resource allocation across competing priorities and provide advice on financial implications of proposed business activities
- Support in the development of a coherent affiliate commercial strategy as well as commercial business related processes such as business planning, opportunity prioritisation and creative strategies for revenue generation
- Ensure financials are on track to achieve targeted business results and metrics, or advise on deviations and corrective actions
- Participate in FEP communities to learn, share and implement best practices across markets
- Support the business and customers in co-creating new business models, quantifying value, and providing pricing transparency
- Monitor and manage customer performance via the contract life cycle with a profitability and outcomes based perspective
- Support with proposing and initiating ideas for P&L improvement - upsell opportunities, efficiency/waste improvement, risk reduction, channel filling etc
- Contribute towards gaining sustainable commercial deals by considering risk evaluation, competitor assumptions and implementing sustainable pricing strategies
- Stay abreast of and scan the internal and external business landscape for trends, issues and opportunities to create value
Who You Are
- You obtained a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related quantitative field. Post graduate degree in Finance and/or MBA are preferred
- You are proficient in Microsoft Excel, including the use of VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, and basic macro understanding for automated reporting. Prior exposure to, or a high digital IQ for learning Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software like SAP or Oracle, and data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau is an advantage
- You have basic level of understanding of financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) and you are able to perform variance analysis
- The ability to go beyond the numbers to understand the why behind business performance and market trends, and the ability to translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insights for non-finance stakeholders are desired
- You built good communication and presentation skills
- You bring a can-do attitude with the ability to pivot quickly in a fast-paced environment and handle constructive pressure during month-end closing
- You have attention to details with high level of accuracy in data entry and reporting
- You take the initiative to apply a solution-driven approach by identifying discrepancies and investigating root causes proactively
- You are fluent in English and Arabic (spoken and written)
