noon, the region's leading consumer commerce platform. On December 12th, 2017, noon launched its consumer platform in Saudi Arabia and the UAE, expanding to Egypt in February 2019. The noon ecosystem of services now marketplaces for food delivery, quick commerce, fintech, and fashion. noon is a work in progress; we're six years in, but only 5% done.

About noon Food
Noon Food is a restaurant-first platform on the noon app, offering fair commissions, a sustainable program, and operating flexibility for the food and beverage industry in the Middle East. The most recent addition to the noon ecosystem, the noon Food mission is to revolutionize the F&B delivery landscape, firmly putting the control and success back in the hands of retailers.
What you'll do:
Team noon has some of the fastest, smartest, and hardest-working people we've encountered. With a young, aggressive, and talented team, we're driving major missions forward.
- Address stakeholder inquiries and concerns promptly, providing clear and concise explanations as needed
- Handling customer queries for Middle Eastern vendors and ensuring proper resolution within the pre-defined time frame.
- Interacting with customers and the front office team over emails and calls as when required.
- Send backups and reports to customers for the payments issued
- Handle invoice inquiries from vendors and internal stakeholders.
- Should have analytical and reconciliation skills of vendor payments and commission charges.
- Maintain vendor records and resolve payment-related queries.
- Ensure adherence to financial policies, internal controls, and company guidelines.
- Identify opportunities to streamline finance processes.
- Assist with implementation of new financial systems or tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (operations, procurement, tech) to align finance operations with business workflows.
What you'll need:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Commerce, or related field.
- 13 year's experience in finance operations or accounting.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles.
- Proficiency in MS Excel.
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience in handling and resolving queries
