Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated candidate to join our organization under the Tamheer Program as a Finance Graduate.
This opportunity is designed for recent graduates with a high GPA (Honors/Class of Honor) and a strong academic background or interest in finance, accounting, and investment.
The candidate will gain hands-on experience and practical exposure in financial analysis, reporting, and investment-related activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing financial reports, budgets, and forecasts
- Support accounting operations, including reconciliations and data entry
- Participate in investment analysis, financial modeling, and market research
- Analyze financial data to support decision-making
- Assist with compliance, documentation, and internal controls
- Collaborate with finance and investment teams on ongoing projects
- Perform other finance-related tasks as assigned
Qualifications & Requirements
- Saudi National (mandatory for Tamheer)
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- High GPA / Class of Honor (preferred)
- Strong academic knowledge or coursework in investment and financial analysis
- Recent graduate eligible for the Tamheer Program
- Strong analytical and numerical skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial tools
- Good communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Detail-oriented with a strong willingness to learn
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of basic investment concepts and financial markets
- Familiarity with accounting principles (IFRS is a plus)
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
- Strong work ethic and professional attitude
