Finance Head (Corporate & Fund Accounting)

Our client is a dynamic, performance-driven hedge fund managing multi-asset strategies across global markets. This cross-functional role offers end-to-end exposure across fund accounting, corporate finance, and complex cross-border tax management.

Position Overview

In this role, you will serve as a key pillar of our finance operations, bridging internal management reporting with external administrator oversight. You will oversee fund operations, manage corporate accounts and payroll, and drive tax strategy and regulatory compliance across our fund vehicles and management entities.

Qualifications & Key Requirements

• 8+ years of relevant experience within hedge fund / asset management environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline. CPA, CA, ACCA, or equivalent professional qualification required.
• Demonstrated hands-on expertise in fund accounting (NAV review, performance fee mechanics).
• Solid mastery of corporate accounting standards
• Direct experience with fund tax structures, FATCA/CRS, and local regulatory filings.
• Proficiency with financial software/software toolkits (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, NetSuite, Bloomberg) and advanced Excel modeling skills.
• High attention to detail, strong analytical mindset, and ability to thrive independently in a fast-paced environment.
