Scope of Work
The candidates will be responsible for driving operational discipline, budget integrity, and financial planning across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
The Consultant shall undertake the following responsibilities:
Lead planning, forecasting, and financial reporting processes
Oversee commercial agreements, vendor relationships, and contract compliance
Develop cost efficiency frameworks and financial dashboards for leadership
Support new business modelling, investment planning, and revenue tracking
Manage procurement, budget controls, and expenditure workflows
Review pricing structures, proposals, and financial terms with external clients
Align financial strategies with the company's strategic goals and risk appetite
Support audits, regulatory compliance, and internal governance
Advise the CEO on financial positioning, risks, and cost optimization
Build systems and processes that ensure transparency, accountability, and scalability
Prepare and process monthly payroll
RequirementsBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; professional certifications (CPA, CMA, ACCA, CFA) are a plus.
5+ years of experience in financial management, planning, or budgeting.
Strong skills in financial modelling, forecasting, and cost control.
Experience managing procurement, vendor contracts, and commercial agreements.
Solid understanding of audits, compliance, and financial governance.
Proficiency in Excel and financial systems.
Strong analytical, communication, and leadership abilities.
