Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Finance Manager to oversee financial operations, reporting, and strategic planning. The ideal candidate will have 34 years of experience in finance or accounting, strong analytical skills, and the ability to communicate fluently in Arabic and English.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.

Prepare financial reports, statements, and presentations for senior management.

Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations.

Monitor cash flow, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.

Conduct financial analysis to support business decisions.

Develop and implement financial policies and procedures.

Liaise with auditors, banks, and regulatory bodies.

Provide strategic recommendations for improving financial performance.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting.

34 years of experience in financial management, accounting, or auditing in the UAE.

Strong knowledge of financial regulations, budgeting, and reporting.

Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written) is a must.

Proficiency in financial software (such as SAP, QuickBooks, or Oracle).

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
