Finance Manager

We are hiring Finance Manager to join one of our major clients based in Riyadh, KSA.

Job Type - 6 months & extendable

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience
• Hands-on experience in the KSA public sector budgeting and accounting (preferably with SOCPA or CPA).
• Able to analyse KSA governmental budgets, to reconcile budget breakdowns across different GFS codes, support value-for-money analysis by linking spending to outputs, efficiency, outcomes, and public value, and ensure compliance with public-sector accounting requirements, government financial policies, internal controls, and applicable accounting standards.
