Responsibilities
- Financial Reporting & Analysis: Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, annual statements; analyze trends, variances, and cost opportunities; provide actionable insights to management.
- Financial Planning & Strategy: Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning; develop strategies aligned with business goals; evaluate investments and risk.
- Leadership & Stakeholder Management: Mentor finance team; collaborate with cross-functional teams; influence stakeholders.
- Compliance & Governance: Ensure adherence to accounting standards, corporate policies, tax laws, Zakat, VAT, and robust internal controls.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance with professional qualification such as ACA, ACCA, or an equivalent, with 10 years of experience in a Finance and Accounting leadership role within specifically from agricultural/poultry industry or Heavy Industrial manufacturing industries
