Role Description The Director at Sand Skull Studios is a contract, on-site role based in New Delhi, responsible for leading the creative vision and overseeing end-to-end production for visual and video projects. This role involves directing concept development, guiding storyboards and design layouts, and ensuring consistency in visual identity across advertisements, marketing materials, and corporate communications. The Director will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage timelines and deliverables, and review work for quality and alignment with client objectives. Day-to-day responsibilities include providing creative direction during shoots and edits, collaborating closely with designers and editors, meeting with clients to refine briefs, and making data-informed decisions to improve content performance and studio workflows.

Qualifications

Strong skills in visual concept development and layout design for print, digital, and video media.
Proficiency in using industry-standard creative and editing software for video and graphic production.
Demonstrated experience directing creative teams and managing end-to-end production workflows.
Ability to translate client objectives into clear creative briefs and compelling visual storytelling.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
Strong attention to detail, with the ability to review and refine content for clarity, quality, and brand alignment.
Prior experience in a creative leadership or director-level role within media, advertising, or design environments.
Relevant education in film, design, visual communication, media studies, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
