The Finance Manager will lead the financial operations, providing strategic oversight and ensuring the financial health of the organization.
You will be responsible for budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning, as well as ensuring compliance with financial regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Financial Planning & Analysis:
- Develop and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
- Provide financial analysis and insights to support strategic decision-making.
- Monitor financial performance and recommend corrective actions when necessary.
Cash Flow Management:
- Oversee daily cash flow, ensuring sufficient liquidity for operational needs.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, optimizing payment cycles and collections.
- Implement cash management strategies to optimize working capital.
Financial Reporting & Compliance:
- Prepare accurate and timely financial statements in accordance with regulatory requirements.
- Ensure compliance with local and international accounting standards.
- Coordinate with external auditors during annual audits.
Cost Control & Efficiency:
- Analyze operational expenses and identify opportunities for cost savings.
- Work with department heads to control costs and improve financial efficiency.
- Monitor and manage financial risks.
Team Leadership:
- Supervise the accounting team, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure consistency and accuracy.
- Conduct training sessions to improve financial literacy across the organization.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or relevant professional qualification (e.g., CPA, CMA) preferred.
- 10-12 years of progressive experience in financial management, with a significant portion in the Food & Beverage and Wellness industry.
- Proven experience with Xero and SUPY software, including system setup, customization, and optimization.
