- Professional certifications such as CPA, CA, CMA, ACCA, or CFA.
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive financial experience, with a proven track record in leadership roles within regulated financial institutions.
- At least 5 years in a senior finance or managerial capacity, demonstrating deep familiarity with regulatory reporting, compliance standards, and financial governance in the banking or exchange sector.
- Strong command of financial systems and reporting tools, with advanced IT skills in financial analysis, reconciliation, and regulatory reporting environments.
