Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated Finance Manager for a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai. The Finance Manager will handle a wide range of financial responsibilities, including budgeting, financial planning, analysis, and reporting. This role involves overseeing day-to-day financial operations, ensuring compliance with local regulations, managing financial risk, and providing strategic financial guidance to the organization. The Finance Manager will also liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to support the company's financial stability and growth.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Financial Planning, Budgeting, and Financial Analysis
• Experience with Accounting, Financial Reporting, and Auditing
• Proficiency in Financial Risk Management and understanding of compliance regulations
• Exceptional Analytical, Problem-solving, and Decision-making skills
• Strong leadership abilities and Team Management experience
• Proficiency with financial software and tools, as well as Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel)
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master's or CPA qualification is a plus)
• Experience within the automotive industry or similar field is a strong advantage
