Role Overview
The Finance Manager / Financial Controller will oversee all financial activities at the factory, including product costing, financial modeling, budgeting, and reporting. The role ensures that financial operations align with strategic objectives and compliance standards. We are looking for candidates residing in GCC countries with a strong manufacturing finance background, preferably in HVAC, elevators, escalators, or industrial production.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the factory's finance and accounting functions, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
- Manage product costing, analyze variances, and provide actionable insights for pricing and profitability optimization.
- Develop and maintain financial models to support decision-making, CAPEX planning, and operational efficiency.
- Prepare and monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial plans aligned with corporate objectives.
- Implement internal controls, financial policies, and compliance measures across factory operations.
- Collaborate with production, procurement, and supply chain teams to optimize working capital and cost management.
- Conduct regular financial analysis, KPI monitoring, and performance reporting to management.
- Support audits, tax compliance, and liaise with external consultants and regulatory bodies.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives in financial processes and systems, including ERP systems (SAP/Oracle preferred).
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA, CMA, or ACCA preferred.
- 8+ years of experience in finance roles within manufacturing/industrial sectors, ideally in HVAC, elevators, escalators, or factories.
- Strong expertise in product costing, financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar).
- Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
- Must be currently residing in GCC countries (Saudi Arabia, UAE, Qatar, Kuwait, Oman, Bahrain) and eligible for relocation to Riyadh.
