About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager with a strong background in the contracting industry to lead financial operations, drive financial performance, and ensure effective financial control across the business.

The ideal candidate will be a qualified Chartered Accountant with 7+ years of experience in a contracting company, excellent financial acumen, and outstanding communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end finance and accounting operations.
• Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
• Manage project-based accounting, cost control, and profitability analysis.
• Monitor project budgets, expenditures, and financial performance.
• Prepare and review monthly and annual financial statements.
• Manage working capital, accounts payable, and receivables.
• Ensure compliance with UAE VAT, Corporate Tax, and financial regulations.
• Establish robust financial controls and reporting processes.
• Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to senior management.
• Coordinate with external auditors, banks, and other stakeholders.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) – mandatory.
• Minimum 7+ years of relevant finance experience.
• Previous experience working with a contracting/construction company is essential.
• Strong expertise in project accounting and financial management.
• Excellent knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and cost control.
• Good understanding of UAE financial regulations, VAT, and Corporate Tax.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and decision-making capabilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be well-spoken, articulate, and confident when interacting with senior stakeholders.
