Role Overview

We are seeking a highly capable Finance Manager to build and own the

company's full accounting and financial structure from the ground up. This

role will support both our current events and brand activation business and

our future global and technology-driven expansion.

This is a hands-on role for someone who can establish financial discipline,

build scalable systems, and provide strategic financial insight to support

business growth and investor readiness.

Key Responsibilities

Finance & Accounting Structure

Design and implement the full accounting and financial structure from

scratch

Establish chart of accounts, financial policies, internal controls, and

reporting frameworks

Ensure accuracy, compliance, and consistency across all financial

records

Budgeting, Forecasting & Cost Management

Prepare and manage annual budgets and periodic forecasts

Edit text 2025

Monitor costs, margins, and profitability across projects and business

units

Identify financial risks and opportunities for efficiency and improvement

Reporting & Business Insight

Produce monthly management reports, including P&L, cash flow, and

balance sheet

Prepare investor-ready financial reporting and summaries

Review overall financial performance and provide recommendations to

leadership

Oversight & Process Improvement

Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including AP, AR, and

reconciliations

Continuously improve finance processes as the business scales

Partner closely with leadership on financial planning and decisionmaking

Requirements

610+ years of experience in finance and accounting roles

Strong accounting background (essential)

Proven experience building or restructuring finance systems

Solid budgeting, forecasting, and analytical skills

Experience in fast-growing, project-based, or startup environments is a

plus

High ownership, independence, and problem-solving mindset
