Finance Manager - Facilities Management Company

Required to join a Pest Control / Facilities Management company working across Saudi Arabia. Based in the head office in the Eastern Province the successful candidate will oversee financial planning, budgeting, and reporting for the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.
• Manage cash flow, cost control, and budgeting.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and tax regulations.
• Lead audits and risk assessments.

Requirements:

• CPA/CMA certification and a Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting.
• 10+ years of experience in finance management, preferably in facility services.
• Expertise in ERP systems (SAP, etc.).
• Strong leadership and analytical skills.
