Role Description

Responsibilities include overseeing financial planning, preparing budgets, conducting detailed financial analysis, and monitoring cash flow. The Finance Manager will ensure regulatory compliance, contribute to business planning processes, and support executive decision-making through financial forecasting and risk management. Additionally, the role entails collaboration with stakeholders, managing reporting processes, and optimizing financial operations to achieve company objectives.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in financial planning, analysis, budgeting, and cash flow management.
• Must Experience minimum 10 years in FMCG
• Proficiency in developing business plans, implementing systems and processes, and conducting financial health assessments.
• Knowledge of investor relations, exit strategy development, and due diligence processes.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities with the capacity for stakeholder management.
• Bachelor's or advanced degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, with relevant professional certifications such as CPA, CFA, or ACCA being an advantage.
