Finance Manager

About the role

A growing hospitality group in the UAE is looking for a Finance Manager to lead its finance function across multiple entities. This is a hands-on role overseeing accounting, cost control, compliance and management reporting, working closely with senior leadership to support the business as it continues to grow.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full accounting cycle across multiple entities.
• Oversee daily sales and cash reconciliations and maintain strong financial controls.
• Lead cost control, including food costing, stock counts and variance reporting.
• Manage payables and receivables, supplier reconciliations and payment planning.
• Track capex and pre-opening costs for new venues.
• Run payroll and manage related accruals.
• Ensure VAT and Corporate Tax compliance and prepare for the annual audit.
• Prepare monthly management accounts, weekly flash reports, budgets and cash flow forecasts.
• Support stakeholder reporting and identify opportunities to protect margins.

Key Ingredients

• 6 to 8 years of accounting experience within the UAE F&B or hospitality sector.
• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance or a related field; a CMA, ACCA or CPA qualification is preferred.
• Solid knowledge of UAE VAT and Corporate Tax.
• Experience managing multi-entity accounts and supporting new openings.
• Proficiency in accounting software and strong Excel skills.
• Organised, detail oriented and comfortable working independently.
