Job Summary
As Finance Manager, you will lead the accounting team, ensure statutory financial compliance, and deliver strategic financial insights through FP&A. Collaborate closely with commercial teams to support decision-making and drive business growth.
Responsibilities
- Lead the accounting team to manage full sets of accounts and ensure accuracy in financial reporting
- Oversee statutory and tax compliance by managing related requirements and coordinating with external auditors
- Prepare detailed forecasts, budgets, and financial analyses to inform internal stakeholders decisions
- Drive enhancements in financial systems and strengthen internal controls to improve operational efficiency
- Partner with commercial teams to provide forward-looking financial insights that support business growth initiatives
- Communicate complex financial information effectively to stakeholders across business units
Required competencies and certifications
- Minimum 10 years of experience in finance and accounting, demonstrating team management and cross-functional business partnering
- Experience in the FMCG or distribution/manufacturing sector
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Strong technical knowledge of finance and accounting principles
- Excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement
- Hands-on approach to problem-solving and process improvements
