Finance Manager

G4S, the world's leading integrated security company, is looking for a Finance Manager to take full ownership of our Egypt operation's finance function. This is not a divisional or support role — you will be the most senior finance professional in the country, reporting directly to the Country Managing Director and acting as their commercial right hand.

The role

You will lead the complete finance agenda for G4S Egypt, with accountability that most finance professionals wait a decade to get:

• Full P&L, balance sheet and cash flow ownership for the country business
• Business partnering with the Managing Director on pricing, contract bids, margin improvement and growth strategy
• Statutory and group reporting, budgeting, forecasting and monthly performance reviews with regional leadership
• Treasury, working capital and FX management in a complex currency environment
• Tax compliance and management of external audit, banking and regulatory relationships
• Leading, developing and building capability in the local finance team
• Driving controls, governance and continuous improvement across the operation

You will present directly to regional finance leadership and have real visibility across the Middle East business — your work will not disappear into a consolidation layer.

Who we're looking for

• A qualified accountant (CMA, CPA, ACCA, CA or equivalent)
• 8+ years of progressive finance experience, including leadership of a finance team
• Strong command of the full finance stack — financial control, FP&A, treasury, tax and commercial finance — not just one specialism
• Experience in a multinational, matrix environment; services, security, facilities management or other labour-intensive industries are a strong advantage
• Deep familiarity with the Egyptian regulatory, tax and banking landscape
• Fluent English and Arabic
• A commercially-minded operator who wants to influence business decisions, not just report on them
