Finance Manager

Gebtron is looking for a Financial Manager to lead the finance function, oversee financial planning and reporting, and provide the financial insight needed to support company decision making.

What You'll Do

Oversee day to day finance and accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and the general ledger.

Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.

Lead budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning across the company.

Monitor project costing and profitability in coordination with project and engineering teams.

Ensure compliance with Egyptian tax regulations, statutory filings, and financial reporting standards.

Manage relationships with banks, auditors, tax authorities, and other external financial stakeholders.

Supervise and develop the accounting team, reviewing their work and building their capability.

Identify financial risks and recommend controls or corrective actions.

Support senior management with financial analysis for major decisions, including pricing, investments, and contracts.

What We're Looking For

Education & Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline; a professional certification (CMA, CPA, or equivalent) is an advantage.

8 to 12 years of progressive finance experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial role, preferably within an industrial, engineering, or EPC environment.

Technical Skills:

Strong knowledge of Egyptian tax law, financial reporting standards, and corporate finance principles.

Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.

Proficiency in ERP and accounting systems, with strong Excel skills.

Administrative & Project Skills:

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Clear reporting and documentation practices.

Language Skills:

Fluent English.
