Giftery.pro is a fast-growing digital commerce company specializing in gift cards, game keys, and digital products. We sell through our own website and leading online marketplaces such as Eneba and G2A.

As we continue to scale, our finance operations are becoming increasingly complex, involving multiple suppliers, payment gateways, currencies, banking partners, and reconciliation processes. We're looking for a hands-on Finance Manager to take ownership of our finance function, improve financial processes, and grow into a CFO-level leadership role as the business expands.

Location: Dubai, UAE

Salary: AED 8,000 – AED 11,000 (Based on Experience)

Working Schedule:Monday – Friday

Key Responsibilities

• Manage supplier payments, accounts payable, and multi-currency transactions.
• Reconcile sales, payment gateways, bank accounts, and marketplace settlements.
• Monitor cash flow, treasury, and working capital.
• Prepare management reports on revenue, profitability, cash flow, and financial performance.
• Oversee bookkeeping, month-end close, and financial controls.
• Analyse profitability by product, supplier, marketplace, and payment method.
• Improve, automate, and scale finance processes and reporting.

Qualifications

• Finance Operations, Accounting, FP&A, Treasury, or Financial Control.
• Experience with multi-currency transactions and financial reconciliations.
• FX Valuation & Currency Fluctuations: Hands-on experience in foreign currency valuation, accounting for exchange-rate fluctuations, and accurately recording and analysing realised and unrealised foreign exchange gains and losses.
• Strong understanding of payment gateways, settlements, refunds, and chargebacks.
• Skills
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
• Financial reporting, modelling, and dashboard creation.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
• Commercial mindset with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Experience

Experience in one or more of the following is highly desirable:

• E-commerce or digital commerce
• Digital products, gift cards, or gaming
• Payment gateways and online marketplaces
• Multi-currency or high-volume transaction businesses
• FX valuation and Currency fluctuations
