Finance Manager

Hays is currently working with a leading manufacturing company in the UAE that is looking to appoint a Finance Manager based in Ras Al Khaimah, UAE.

Role Overview

The Finance Manager will be responsible for leading the full finance function, including financial reporting, FP&A, treasury, manufacturing finance, compliance, internal controls, and business partnering. The role will support strategic decision-making while driving financial performance and operational excellence across the business.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
• Professional qualification required: CMA, CPA, or ACCA (preferred)
• Minimum 10 years of finance experience, including at least 5 years in a Finance Manager role
• Strong manufacturing industry experience is mandatory
• Expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, FP&A, inventory accounting, and internal controls
• Strong knowledge of IFRS, UAE VAT, and Corporate Tax
• Proven leadership and business partnering capabilities
