Finance Manager

Hays is partnering with a leading holding company to recruit an experienced Finance Manager to oversee and lead the financial operations of its business based in Dammam, Saudi Arabia.

Role Overview

The Finance Manager will play a key role in supporting the organization's financial health and strategic objectives. Responsibilities include financial reporting, analysis, budgeting, financial control, process improvement, and ensuring full compliance with regulatory and business requirements.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline
• Master's degree is preferred
• Professional certification (ACA, CPA, CIMA, or ACCA) is mandatory
• Minimum of 5 years experience in a finance-related role
• Industry experience within Agriculture, Manufacturing, FMCG, or multi-division organizations is advantageous
• Demonstrated experience in a leadership or managerial capacity
