About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to lead and oversee the company's financial operations. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in financial planning, budgeting, cash flow management, reporting, compliance, and financial analysis.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required.
• MBA or Master's degree in Finance is preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in finance or accounting.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a Finance Manager or leadership position.
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial reporting.
• Experience dealing with banks, financing, internal and external auditors.
• Strong knowledge of tax, Zakat, and VAT requirements.
• Experience with ZATCA regulations is preferred.
• Experience in the company's industry is an advantage.

Professional Certifications

Candidates with at least one of the following certifications are preferred:

• SOCPA
• CPA
• CMA
• ACCA
• CFA – Added Advantage

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the company's financial operations.
• Prepare and review monthly and annual financial statements.
• Develop and manage annual budgets and financial forecasts.
• Monitor cash flow, liquidity, revenues, and expenses.
• Prepare monthly financial reports for senior management.
• Manage banking relationships and financial facilities.
• Ensure compliance with accounting, tax, Zakat, and VAT regulations.
• Coordinate and oversee internal and external audits.
• Develop short- and long-term financial plans.
• Analyze profitability and identify opportunities to reduce costs.
• Develop and monitor financial KPIs.
• Establish and maintain financial policies and procedures.
• Support executive management in financial decision-making.

Technical Skills

• Financial statement preparation and analysis.
• Budgeting and financial forecasting.
• Profitability and cost analysis.
• Cash Flow Management.
• P&L and Balance Sheet reporting.
• Financial KPIs and performance analysis.
• Financial risk management.
• Monthly and annual financial closing.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS.

• Experience with ERP systems such as:
• SAP

Languages

• Arabic: Fluent.
• English: Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
