Job Description

• Manage and oversee the financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
• Prepare and present financial reports to support strategic decision-making.
• Monitor cash flow and financial performance to ensure stability and growth.
• Coordinate with internal and external auditors for financial audits.
• Develop and implement financial controls and procedures to enhance efficiency.
• Provide guidance and leadership to the accounting and finance team.
• Collaborate with other departments to align financial goals with organisational objectives.
  
  

The Successful Applicant

A successful Finance Manager Interim should have:

• A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Must be immediately available.
• Experience in Africa market.
• Professional qualifications such as ACCA, CPA, or equivalent are preferred.
• Strong knowledge of financial management and reporting practices.
• Proficiency in financial systems and software relevant to the industrial and manufacturing industry.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, forecasts, and cash flow effectively.
• Experience in ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage teams and liaise with stakeholders.
