Finance manager:
- Responsible for preparing and closing the Financial Statements every month in accordance withrequiredStandards.
- Analyse all lines of the P & L to explain variances versus Budget/Forecast.
- Main point of coordination with external auditors.
- Responsible for the Tax Filing by Country. VAT, WHT and Corporate Tax Filings.
- Maintaining and Reconciling Balance Sheet schedules on a monthly basis.
- Monitor working capital and cashflow needs
- Responsible for the accounting of all transactions and ensuring that entries are posted correctly in accordance withcompanyPolicy.
- Managing payroll payments and all employee provisions on the balance sheet.
- Ensure the AR and AP functions are running according to the processes in place.
- Maintain all revenue recognition and ensuring all accounts are accurate and up to date.
Requirements:
- Minimum7+ years of related experience creating financial reports and analyzing the results.
- Should have atleast a CPA certification or an MBA
- Proficiency in building excel models, spreadsheets, Tableau dashboards
- Excellent written and verbal communication and analytical skills
- Experience with budgeting, forecasting and financial modeling
- Knowledgeand user experiencesofNetSuite ERP orSAP Business OneorDynamics 365 Business
- English Proficiency.
