Job Description
Finance Manager – Luxury Real Estate Developer
Location: Dubai
Salary: AED 25,000 per month
Reporting to: CFO
A leading luxury real estate developer is expanding its corporate finance team and is seeking an experienced Finance Manager.
The successful candidate will manage a team of 6 accountants and work closely with the CFO, taking responsibility for financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, controls and the overall financial operations of the group.
Requirements
- 5–7 years of relevant finance/accounting experience, with flexibility for the right candidate.
- Strong real estate development finance experience is essential.
- Previous experience managing a finance/accounting team.
- Strong technical accounting and financial reporting knowledge.
- Experience working across multiple entities/subsidiaries.
- Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, cash flow and financial controls.
- UAE experience is highly desirable.
- Excellent analytical, organisational and communication skills.
