Work Location: Makkah, KSA
Key Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and cost control.
- Oversee daily accounting operations, cash flow management, and monthly/year-end financial close.
- Ensure full compliance with Saudi regulations, tax requirements, and internal control frameworks.
- Work extensively on Odoo ERP for financial operations and reporting (critical requirement).
- Identify financial risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.
- Provide senior management with data-driven financial insights to support decision-making.
- Optimize financial processes to support business growth and operational efficiency.
- Coordinate with auditors, banks, and external stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in accounting or business administration.
- Experience: Minimum 7 years of experience as a Finance Manager within a well-known hospitality or travel company (mandatory).
- Systems: Strong, hands-on proficiency in Odoo ERP.
