Vacancy: Executive Financial Manager
Location: 6th of October City near Juhayna Square

A leading construction company is seeking to hire an experienced and highly qualified Executive Financial Manager to join its professional management team and support the company in achieving its financial objectives with accuracy and efficiency.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Commerce (Accounting major) or an equivalent qualification
57 years of financial experience within construction companies
Full proficiency in accounting software (Excel Word ERP systems)
Strong financial analysis skills and strategic decision-making abilities
Solid knowledge of tax laws and banking procedures
Ability to prepare financial statements and lead the finance team effectively
Key Responsibilities:
1. Financial Planning: Develop financial plans and budgets for projects and the company, including cost and revenue forecasting.
2. Cash Flow Management: Ensure the availability of adequate liquidity for operations and projects; oversee payments and collections.
3. Financial Performance Analysis: Analyze financial reports to provide insights on project and company performance and identify areas for improvement.
4. Financial Risk Management: Identify, assess, and manage financial risks related to costs, funding, and project operations.
5. Stakeholder Communication: Prepare accurate and timely financial reports for senior management, investors, and banks.
