Finance Manager - Mining/Manufacturing

My client are a new established business in Mining. They are looking for an outstanding Finance Manager to support leadership with all financial decision making.

Key Responsibilities

Build and manage project budgets (CapEx & OpEx)

Implement strict cost control and approval workflows

Monitor cash flow, burn rate, and forecast scenarios

Track contractor invoices, purchase orders, and commitments

Support funding discussions with real, defensible numbers

Implement financial reporting suitable for investors and auditors

Act as financial counterweight to operational optimism

Experience with ERP systems

Required Profile

Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics

612 years experience in project finance or cost control

Mining, infrastructure, or heavy CapEx environment preferred

Strong Excel / financial modeling skills

Naturally conservative, precise, and disciplined
