Job Summary:
Mishkat International Agricultural Company is seeking a results-driven Finance Manager to lead the financial planning and management of its agribusiness operations. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in corporate finance, compliance, fund raising, budgeting, and strategic advisory within fast-growing environments. This role is pivotal in supporting the company's expansion into sustainable agriculture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage the company's budget, cash flow, and financial forecasting models.
- Oversee accounting operations, including journal entries, reconciliations, fixed assets, and monthly close processes.
- Monitor and manage Return to Vendor (RTV) transactions, ensuring accurate accounting, timely reconciliation, and compliance with internal policies.
- Collaborate with the sales team to validate revenue recognition, monitor receivables, and analyze sales performance and profitability.
- Lead fundraising efforts, including planning, financial modeling, investor relations, and capital-raising initiatives.
- Support sales operations with financial insights and reporting, including margin analysis and sales incentive tracking.
- Ensure compliance with ZATCA regulations (VAT, e-invoicing, etc.) and maintain proper documentation for audits.
- Prepare and present financial statements, performance dashboards, and management reports to the leadership team.
- Support pricing strategies, cost control initiatives, and procurement planning to enhance profitability.
- Lead the preparation for external audits, liaising with auditors and regulatory bodies.
- Establish internal controls, standard operating procedures, and risk management frameworks.
- Assist with financial due diligence, investor reporting, and funding activities when required.
- Supervise and develop junior accounting staff and manage outsourced service providers as needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA, CMA, or MBA preferred.
- Minimum 7 years of progressive finance experience, preferably in agriculture, manufacturing, or FMCG sectors.
- Proven ability to manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting in a mid-sized enterprise.
- Strong understanding of Saudi tax laws, including ZATCA requirements.
- Proficiency in ERP/financial systems (Odoo).
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
- Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
- Must be based in or willing to relocate to Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
