Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Finance Manager - Muster Community, located in Doha, Qatar. The Finance Manager will manage in Muster Community system, financial planning, budgeting, and reporting processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with policies and regulations. Daily responsibilities include overseeing accounting operations, analyzing financial data, preparing forecasts, and providing strategic advice to enhance financial performance. The role will also involve managing financial risks, liaising with internal and external stakeholders, and optimizing processes to support ongoing organizational success.

Qualifications

• Financial expertise, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
• Experience with accounting principles, compliance, and handling financial risks
• Proficient in financial software and tools, with a strong analytical mindset
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage teams and present insights effectively
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional stakeholders and partners
• Proven track record of process optimization and identifying cost-saving opportunities
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; advanced certifications (e.g., CPA, CFA) are advantageous
• Prior experience in hospitality or a similar industry is a plus
