We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Finance Manager to oversee the financial operations of our overseas recruitment and immigration consultancy business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing accounting, taxation, compliance, MIS reporting, budgeting, cash flow, payroll, statutory filings, and financial planning while ensuring complete adherence to Indian regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Management
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations.
- Monitor cash flow and working capital.
- Develop annual budgets and financial forecasts.
- Conduct variance analysis and recommend corrective actions.
Accounting & Compliance
- Ensure accurate bookkeeping as per Indian Accounting Standards.
- Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory compliances.
- Coordinate internal and external audits.
- Ensure timely filing of statutory returns.
- Maintain financial controls and SOPs.
Revenue & Collections
- Monitor customer payments and outstanding receivables.
- Reconcile payment gateways, bank statements, and client accounts.
- Verify invoices, receipts, refunds, and commission payouts.
- Ensure proper documentation of overseas recruitment fees and service charges.
Payroll & Vendor Management
- Process monthly payroll and statutory deductions.
- Manage vendor payments and expense reimbursements.
- Negotiate payment terms with vendors and service providers.
MIS & Reporting
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Present financial insights to senior management.
- Develop dashboards for revenue, expenses, profitability, and cash flow.
- Monitor branch-wise and department-wise financial performance.
Risk & Internal Controls
- Strengthen internal financial controls.
- Identify financial risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.
Strategic Finance
- Support business expansion initiatives.
- Evaluate profitability of overseas projects.
- Assist management in pricing strategies and financial planning.
- Support fundraising, banking relationships, and investment decisions.
