Finance Manager (Retail Industry background is a must)

EgyCham is a leading HR Consultancy Company, specialized in 3 scopes of business (Training, Consultation and Recruitment) with +15 years of experience in 3 Countries. We are looking for Financial Manager for one of our clients in Textile Industry, located in Gesr El-Suez,Egypt.

Role Description

The Financial Manager is responsible for overseeing and directing the organization's financial operations to ensure accuracy, integrity, and strategic alignment with business objectives. This role manages financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, accounting activities, cash flow, treasury, and internal controls, while providing analytical insights and financial leadership to support executive decision-making.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, or related field.
• From 8 to 12 years of progressive financial experience, at least 3 to 5 years in Textile or Retail industry.
• Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and cash flow management.
• Strong background in cost accounting, inventory control, and financial modeling, especially in dynamic operational environments.
• Deep understanding of Egyptian Accounting Standards (EAS), IFRS, taxation laws, and regulatory compliance.
• Solid knowledge of internal controls, risk management frameworks, and financial governance.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
