My client are a growing technology business looking for a Finance Manager to join their UAE office.
Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)
- Lead annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-term financial planning.
- Analyze P&L, cash flow, and balance sheet performance and provide actionable insights to management.
Accounting & Compliance
- Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including AP, AR, GL, bank reconciliation, and month-end closing.
- Ensure compliance with UAE Corporate Tax, VAT, Excise, and statutory audit requirements.
- Maintain accurate books under IFRS and oversee external auditors.
Cash Flow & Working Capital Management
- Manage cash flow planning, collections follow-ups, supplier payments, and inventory financing.
- Optimize working capital by controlling receivables, payables, stock cover, and credit limits.
- Maintain strong banking relationships for credit facilities, LC/TR, etc.
