Job Description Financial Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Financial Manager to oversee financial operations, ensure transactional accuracy, maintain compliance with financial regulations, and manage day-to-day financial activities.
This role requires strong analytical capabilities, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to work with international contractors and global financial reporting standards. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in financial planning, reporting, and reconciliation, along with hands-on expertise in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage financial data entry and accounting operations using QuickBooks
- Assist in the preparation of corporate financial statements and reports
- Generate financial reports upon request from management
- Handle business correspondence related to financial matters
- Coordinate with international contractors regarding expense documentation, pricing, and contractual agreements
- Issue client invoices and follow up on payments
- Monitor and manage accounts receivable and payable
- Perform account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
- Prepare financial documentation required by banks
- Support audit preparation and provide requested financial materials
Requirements & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Solid knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS)
- Experience working with foreign contractors
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Fluency in Russian is mandatory
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (pivot tables, data analysis)
- Experience reviewing and analyzing financial terms in contracts
- Previous experience with a UAE-based aviation services company is considered an advantage
