About our Client
Our client is a holding company with a diversified portfolio of businesses operating across multiple entities. They are seeking a Finance Manager to oversee financial operations across the group and support senior management through accurate reporting, effective financial planning, and strong financial governance.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for the group and its subsidiaries.
- Consolidate financial statements across multiple business units and ensure timely submission of reports.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes across the group.
- Monitor financial performance and provide analysis and insights to support strategic decision-making.
- Oversee cash flow management, working capital requirements, and banking relationships.
- Implement and maintain financial controls, policies, and compliance procedures across all entities.
- Monitor key financial indicators to support profitability, cost efficiency, and operational performance.
- Support the evaluation of new investments, business opportunities, and expansion initiatives.
- Coordinate internal and external audits and ensure compliance with relevant financial and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Professional certification such as CPA, ACCA, or CMA is preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting.
- Strong experience in group reporting and consolidation in a multi-entity environment.
- Prior experience working within a holding company or group structure is a strong advantage.
