Role Overview
The Finance Manager will be responsible for leading financial planning, budgeting, reporting, and analysis to drive business growth and profitability. The role will support strategic decision-making while ensuring financial compliance and operational efficiency across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Lead annual budgeting, monthly P&L preparation, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Provide accurate financial reporting and actionable insights to senior management.
- Oversee cash flow management, audits, and regulatory compliance.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting (MBA preferred).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in finance management roles, preferably within beauty, retail, or e-commerce sectors.
- Strong knowledge of international finance, taxation, and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage.
- Strong analytical, reporting, and documentation skills.
