Finance Manager

Key Responsibilities:

- Support the Finance Manager in overseeing daily financial operations and controls

- Prepare, analyze, and present financial reports to support strategic decisions

- Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting activities

- Ensure compliance with financial regulations, policies, and internal controls

- Coordinate and support internal and external audit processes

- Supervise and guide finance team members to ensure performance alignment

- Identify financial risks and propose mitigation strategies

- Provide actionable insights to optimize financial performance and cost efficiency

Requirements:

- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field

- Strong financial analysis, reporting, and budgeting capabilities

- Solid understanding of financial compliance and audit processes

- Cash flow management expertise

- Leadership and team supervision skills

- Credit course certification is mandatory

- Preference for candidates with CIB credit course certification

- Background in the finance sector is highly preferred

- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset

- High attention to detail and accuracy

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, structured environment
