Finance Manager
An established and fast-growing technology business is seeking a hands-on Finance Manager to lead its finance operations across multiple entities within the region. This is a broad and commercially focused role offering the opportunity to oversee financial reporting, statutory compliance, financial controls, and finance transformation initiatives while partnering closely with senior leadership to support the organisation's continued growth.
Some of the key responsibilities will include:
. Lead the full financial reporting cycle across multiple entities, ensuring timely month-end close, accurate financial reporting, reconciliations, and group consolidation.
. Oversee statutory reporting, external audits, and regulatory compliance, ensuring adherence to accounting standards and local statutory requirements across the region.
. Manage accounts receivable, accounts payable, billing, collections, and cash management while driving improvements in finance operations and working capital performance.
. Partner with external accounting and payroll service providers to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality finance and compliance services across multiple jurisdictions.
. Support corporate tax, indirect tax, and statutory compliance activities while working closely with external advisors and internal stakeholders.
. Lead finance systems and process improvement initiatives, including the implementation and optimisation of accounting platforms and the integration of finance systems with broader business applications.
. Strengthen financial controls, governance frameworks, and finance processes to improve operational efficiency, scalability, and reporting quality as the organisation continues to grow.
. Partner with senior leadership by providing accurate financial information, operational insights, and support for strategic finance initiatives across the business.
To be eligible for this role you will require:
. Degree in Accountancy, Finance or a related discipline, with professional qualifications such as CA, CPA or ACCA considered advantageous.
. Approximately 8-12 years of progressive finance experience, including full-set accounting, financial reporting, statutory compliance, and finance operations within a dynamic business environment.
. Demonstrated experience managing external accounting, payroll, or shared service providers while maintaining strong governance and service delivery standards.
. Strong knowledge of Singapore accounting, taxation, statutory reporting requirements, and employee share-based compensation (ESOP) accounting or valuation. Exposure to regional finance operations or multi-country environments will be advantageous.
. Experience with multi-entity financial reporting, consolidation, external audits, cloud-based ERP or accounting platforms such as NetSuite, Xero, QuickBooks, or similar systems, together with familiarity in supporting equity incentive plans or ESOP-related financial reporting.
. Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to balance hands-on operational responsibilities while supporting business growth and finance transformation initiatives.
