Job Description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for working with senior management to develop financial strategies for the organization. You are comfortable handling large amounts of data, acting as a business partner, decision maker, and providing regular financial reporting.

Responsibilities

Assisted in the formulation of corporate strategy and presided over the formulation of corporate financial strategy planning.
According to the Accounting Standards for Business Enterprises, the company shall establish a financial management mechanism, implement standardized accounting, and carry out effective financial supervision .
According to the company's strategy and plan, lead the preparation of business budget targets, track the completion of budget, make comparative analysis of the completion of budget indicators, and improve business efficiency.
Guide subordinates to issue financial statements timely; According to business needs, establish financial report analysis system and provide suggestions for the company's business activities.
To participate in risk assessment, guidance, tracking and financial risk control of major investment projects and business activities; Provide professional financial analysis and decision-making basis for enterprise operation, business development and foreign investment.
Regularly evaluate related procedures and policies, assist purchasing and sales departments to standardize business process construction and support business decisions.
To guide subordinates in tax administration and capital inflow and outflow.
To manage the Finance function. To recruit, lead, motivate and inspire direct reports to achieve personal development and continual improvement.
